Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time We are dedicated to wildlife conservation and education, providing a unique experience for our visitors while caring for animals from around the world.
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help us as we journey through enormous growth.
Position Overview: As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for all admin accounts and projects and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations, including accounts receivable and payable, budgeting. IT management. Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and external inquiries. Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and employee records. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role. High level of proficiency in Xero Accounting and ideally Deputy. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Passion for wildlife conservation and a commitment to our mission.
