We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to ensure the smooth and effective management of changes within the IT environment of Zone IT Solutions. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the change management process, including the assessment, planning, scheduling, and implementation of changes.
Responsibilities: Proven experience in change management, preferably within a large-scale IT environment Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices Experience in developing and implementing change management processes and procedures Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills ITIL certification is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field About Us We specialize in Digital, ERP, and larger IT Services.
