The Role We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our product team. In this role, you'll help us make data-driven decisions, uncover customer insights, and identify opportunities to improve our product. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and work alongside experienced product managers and designers. The salary for this role will be $80,000.
What You'll Do Collaborate with the product team to analyze user behavior and identify trends. Gather, interpret, and present data to inform product decisions. Help build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance. Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities. Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, customer success, marketing) to support product initiatives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving the user experience. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
• 5+ years experience as a Product Analyst
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Basic experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
• Eagerness to learn tools like SQL, Tableau, or product analytics platforms.
• Interest in SaaS products and healthcare technology.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• (Optional but preferred) A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, data analytics, computer science) or equivalent experience.
