As a UX Researcher at Zip, you'll work on various strategic research projects, such as segmentation research, focusing on attitudes, behaviours, and beliefs to align with our strategic vision.
You'll be involved in democratising qualitative research at Zip, which includes quality testing and coaching others to help teams gain valuable insights and quality data.
Your responsibilities will include Research Operations, such as scoping, recruiting, and analysis, while assisting Product Managers and Product Designers in conducting their own research.
This role is based out of our Sydney CBD office and offers a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 2 days in office per week).

2+ years of user research experience in an agile/cross-functional environment A portfolio/case-studies demonstrating insight-driven impact in both product and the organisation - translating insights into actionable roadmap items Experience driving end-to-end aspects of the research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentations) Knowledge of ResearchOps: recruitment, tooling, administrative tasks A curiosity for uncovering the true "why" of a problem to ensure we build and design the right thing right An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
