About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Trades Assistant to support our dynamic team working on the electrical distribution network in a construction, operations, and maintenance environment.
This position would suit someone that is based in Townsville and willing to travel throughout the state on a 10/4 roster.

Key Responsibilities include:
Digging pole holes, earth trenches, and general yard/depot duties Assisting electrical trades Undertake Maintenance and Asset inspections in accordance with Client/Company Policies, Quality Systems, and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements.
About You
To excel in this role, you will have experience as a multi-skilled Trades Assistant in a non-trade support capacity.

Hands-on experience with hand tools and equipment Proven ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Current Australian driver's license (HR Class preferred) High-Risk Work License – Forklift, CN (highly desirable) Blue/White Card (OHS Construction Induction Card) Our people are our energy source, and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
