About the Role
The Pole to Pit team provides support to the customer for both overhead and underground infrastructure for power distribution networks.
We are seeking a dynamic Pole to Pit Team Leader to join our team at our Tullamarine Depot.
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a key operational area, overseeing the delivery of end-to-end services for field resources.
This role will be responsible for leading the Pole to Pit team's performance, ensuring compliance with OH&S standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for mentoring the Pole to Pit team to ensure efficient, safe, and effective delivery of services Managing and resolving customer complaints, liaising with contractors, and coordinating with clients to ensure satisfaction Overseeing the preparation of accurate quotations and delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions Coordinating and scheduling work to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with industry standards Managing complex pole-to-pit requests and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish Conducting regular site assessments and ensuring all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner Providing feedback and recommendations for improvements based on field observations and customer input About You
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment Proven experience in managing operational workflows and complex service requests Experience in the utilities or energy sector Current Victorian Drivers License Understanding of Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) requirements Trade qualifications (desirable but not essential) We are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
