Job DescriptionThe team & opportunity: As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will provide technical advice, support, coaching and mentoring to internal stakeholders across our Energy Networks business. This dynamic role will have a mix of office and site-based exposure and will have a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.
We are open to both part-time & full-time arrangements; however frequent travel will be required to fulfill the role responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have the ability to train, coach and develop various stakeholders on site and in the office. You will have a collaborative communication style, the ability to work within a team and excellent influential skills allowing you to partner successfully with the business.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum Cert IV in WHS partnered with demonstrated experience in a similar role.ICAM Lead Investigator and auditing qualifications are desirable.Excellent written and verbal skills with an emphasis on reporting.Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.What's in it for you?
