Job Description The Social & Content Specialist is responsible for executing Zeder Corp's regional digital strategy, aimed at enhancing the performance and presence of its brands across all media channels, including SuperPro, Whiteline, Fulcrum Suspensions, Nolathane, and Formula 4x4.
This role will oversee social media and content initiatives, creating and sharing engaging content to elevate brand engagement and drive performance across all platforms.
Key activities include:
Content Creation & Distribution: Consistently generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content that aligns with the overarching digital strategy and evaluate its impact and effectiveness.
Social Media Management: Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Build and maintain a social calendar that aligns with seasonal campaigns and activations.
Manage social media accounts across multiple channels.
Localised Content Creation: Develop locally relevant content with the potential to be showcased regionally or globally, nurturing social media communities and enhancing digital platforms.
Production & Campaign Execution: Develop briefs and oversee content shoots, producing compelling brand and storytelling moments for Zeder Corp's portfolio of brands.
Collaboration: Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams to provide digital and social assets for EDMs, dealer accounts, training videos, and additional content supporting growth across all business channels.
Ambassador & Influencer Partnerships: Working with our Influencer Manager, Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
Develop regional ambassador campaigns, encouraging authentic User Generated Content (UGC) to drive engagement.
Event Assistance: Provide on-the-ground support at regional and global events by capturing and distributing content, managing relationships, and collaborating with third parties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience managing social and content for brands in the automotive, lifestyle, or performance sectors.
Strong photography and videography skills, including the ability to shoot and edit content.
In-depth knowledge of social media trends and market usage.
Solid digital marketing experience, including SEM, display ads, EDMs, and social media campaigns.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Daily proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
A track record of contributing to digital growth in areas such as e-marketing, online sales, or web development.
A continuous improvement mindset, seeking to refine and enhance processes.
Team-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
Proficiency in tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, and Google Sheets.
The ability to work flexibly, accommodating varying time zones and locations.
