Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Employment Type: Full time
You will complete a Certificate IV Business qualification over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Greet and handle customers' enquiries via phone, email, and face to face Perform general administrative duties ad hoc, including data entry, responding to emails, organising invoicing, and more.
Schedule work with a shared labour pool Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence, and ability as required What you'll bring to the table...
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
Commitment to both on and off the job training.
Show enthusiasm towards the traineeship and learning opportunity Good, clear communication skills, both verbal and written Mandatory Requirements:
Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical.
