Zeal Resources is growing! Located in our offices in Mt Pleasant, we seek the services of a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand on the Recruitment arm of the business.

About the Role
Connecting skilled professionals with opportunities: You'll ensure clients have access to the right expertise for their short- and long-term project needs. Solving client challenges: You will partner with clients to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to support their success. Building lasting client relationships to get repeat business across white and blue collar jobs. Client networking through attending events to build your industry connections. Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure every role is filled and find the BEST people for our clients. Exposure to the Mining and Construction industries is advantageous.
About You:
Extensive experience in Business Development in the recruitment space with a focus on mining and construction. A proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates. Business development expertise, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving growth. A professional network within the construction sector that supports quick and effective solutions for client needs.
To succeed in this role it is imperative you have:
Excellent relationship development skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. A passion for connecting with people. A competitive spirit and strong work ethic. A demonstrable track record in recruitment and sales. Resilience and determination. The ability to "close the deal."
Note:Candidates will need to have full Australian work rights. You will be required to have a C class drivers licence.
