Location: Port Augusta and Port Pirie - local candidates are strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, manage logistics, and ensure safety compliance for employees, sub-contractors, and the public. Program Management: Monitor and maintain construction schedules, manage resources, and address any delays or issues. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE): Promote a culture of safety, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with environmental policies. Leadership & Communication: Foster teamwork, provide direction, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders. General duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support project completion. Qualifications & Experience Mandatory: Proven experience in managing building and construction projects Strong understanding of project scheduling and execution Ability to work effectively within a team Preferred: Building Supervisor Registration Relevant trade qualification Safety Supervisor Certificate Competencies: Leadership and teamwork Strong communication skills Commitment to safety and quality Client service orientation Commercial acumen If you meet the above criteria, this is the opportunity you are looking for.
