Your new role Liaising with customers via phone and email Providing support to, and maintaining ongoing relationships with, our customers and staff Coordinating and prioritising the allocation and timely completion of service and repair work Processing of quotations, purchase orders, stock transfers, invoicing, and reporting Monitoring and recording stock delivery lead times for service repairs Liaising with Logistics and Production departments regarding timely parts and goods delivery and receipting Completing daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks independently About you Customer service/sales support capacity Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Ability to maintain a neat and well-organised work environment What's in it for you?
