About the role Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes support children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive.
As a Youth Worker, you'll team up with clinical and casework staff to help children and young people build resilience and navigate complex emotions, encourage participation in education and hobbies, and build their confidence to achieve goals.
