As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our children and young people to live their best life. You will bring a genuine passion and commitment to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. Children and young people may come with high to complex needs, and selectability aspires to promote consistent and stable teams to support their recovery.

Possess clear and effective communication skillsDemonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record managementAlways follow policies and proceduresWork with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individualsBe flexible to work across a 24/7 rosterRole RequirementsMust have a minimum of Cert IV qualification recognized under the child safety minimum qualification standards (or willing to actively study)Possess certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (ability to obtain)A current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland driver's licenseA currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehicleFirst Aid and CPR certificates (ability to obtain)A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (ability to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ability to obtain)NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'About the Offer & BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits including:
