As a Youth Worker in our ITC program, you'll be providing trauma-informed, therapeutic care to young people with medium to high needs. You'll work in a supportive, values-driven environment to help ensure their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
Building positive, caring relationships with young people Supporting their daily living needs, such as transportation to school, appointments, and activities Being present in the ITC home and acting as a key part of the support team What we're looking for: A Diploma in Youth Work or a related field A passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive and reach their potential An eagerness to learn, develop, and apply trauma-informed care practices Why choose Anglicare?
