This is an exciting opportunity to provide trauma-informed therapeutic care for children and young people who have experienced significant adversity. We aim to be the leading individual placement arrangement (IPA) provider in the state, through our skilled and experienced staff, home-like environments and the current development of an IPA specific therapeutic framework.
