Strategix Training Group is expanding and are currently looking for a Youth work/Community services Trainer for Bundaberg/Hervey Bay area.

We are looking for trainer/assessors to deliver the following courses :
Certificate IV in Youth WorkCertificate III in Community servicesESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant and current industry experience for the qualification you are training
-Valid Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated classroom training and assessment experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Great classroom management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to gain successful outcomes
- A genuine interest and passion for helping others
- Strong personal organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
