We are looking for energetic Youth Soccer Coaches in the South Nashville area!
You will lead engaging and interactive pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens.
This program focuses on introducing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role.
This position is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement lesson plans based on the company's existing curriculumTeach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of childrenMaintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participantsCommunicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or questionsModel and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and othersParticipate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills and knowledge of the company's curriculumAssist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and eventsQualificationsPrior experience working with children/toddlers/infantsPassion for working with children and helping them reach their full potentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleaguesHigh level of energy, enthusiasm, and patienceAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekendsMust have reliable transportationMust be able to pass all company, state and federally mandated background checksCompensation and BenefitsStarting pay $18-20/hrFlexible ScheduleOn-the-job TrainingEnrollment bonusesYou get paid to play!!
