This is a full-time, residential role based in Alice Springs, Central Australia.

About NPY Women's Council: Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (NPY) Women's Council was founded by and is led, governed, and directed by women from the NPY region.
It was created to give a voice to women across 26 desert communities in the cross-border regions of Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory.
Today, they continue to provide progressive, innovative, and evidence-based work in service delivery, advocacy, and support.
Role Overview: As the Youth Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a large youth service encompassing Sport and Recreation, Youth Support, Education, Leadership Development, AOD Prevention Services, and Youth Employment Programs, ensuring responsive, high-quality, participatory, and inclusive youth programs that meet the needs of young people and their families across the NPY region.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing high-performing teams in the delivery of human services, preferably within Indigenous youth programs.
You will lead from the front with a 'hands-on' approach while providing support, supervision, mentoring, and guidance to your team.
You will have a collaborative and strategic approach, be a natural relationship builder, and display excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
In addition, you will hold a tertiary qualification in either social sciences, social policy, community service, health, or another relevant field.
