MHDAS provides integrated and recovery oriented mental health, drugs and alcohol assessment, treatment and community support to people of all ages within the Barwon region experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, mental health and drug & alcohol issues, and their families.
About the roleA key focus of the position is to provide clinical supervision and leadership for staff within the Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Services and relevant service development initiatives. The youth service currently provides mental health drug and alcohol care to young people aged 12-25 years in the Barwon Region. Specifically, the Senior Clinical Lead is responsible to oversee the delivery of best practice, evidence-based treatment and support to young people aged 12-17 years with complex needs including drug and alcohol comorbidity and homelessness.
