(YDAN) is Western Australia's peak organisation for young people with disabilities (YPWD), seeking to address the exclusion of young people with disability in a rapidly changing society.We are the leading voice of YPWD in WA, ensuring they are respected, valued, and listened to in all aspects of life.THE ROLEAre you an experienced Programs Manager looking for a healthy work-life balance and to make meaningful change? This role is a 0.6 FTE (3 days per week, or equivalent hours) 8-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role works primarily from our office in Nedlands with opportunity for flexible working arrangements. The pay rate starts at $49.28/hour (SCHADS 5.1) with generous Finge Benefits Tax (FBT) exemptions available.The Program Manager will work closely with Project Coordinators supervising the completion of project deliverables by:Organising regularly project update meetingsFacilitating timely delivery of key project milestonesFacilitating the completion of comprehensive project progress reportsEnsuring all documentation is maintainedThe Program Manager will also play a vital role in representing YDAN to external stakeholders such as:Delivering presentations on key insights to projectsDelivering external communications regarding reporting and fundingPromoting the organisation's projects and services.Preparing reports, correspondences and other documents to support community updates.THE PROJECTSYou will be responsible for overseeing YDAN's current projects, building the capacity of young people with disabilities themselves, and supporting systemic change.
