Youth Pastor

We're ready to partner with a kingdom minded person who has a passionate desire and ability to reach and apprentice Australian youth as engaged followers of Jesus. This is an exciting, full-time, well-paid, Central Queensland opportunity where the weather is great, and God is working in a growing and vibrant church.
Rocky Baptist is full of children and youth. We have a new Lead Pastor and momentum is building. We are growing and have great facilities. Your environment will empower you to lead. You will work with our church-based Youth and with disadvantaged Youth in our two Rocky-based Carinity schools. There is a desire to provide youth with powerful encounters with Jesus in both contexts.
In the Carinity schools, you will be chaplain to staff, students, and families. You will be a conduit introducing people to the nature of Jesus by how you live, lead, and what you say. Your partnership will seek to create strong connections between the school community and church community.
