About the RoleThe Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing intensive person centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged 15-24. The role will include undertaking 'direct employer marketing', providing individual support and the running of facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants. You will undertake detailed assessments, set goals, stabilise non-vocational issues, improve vocational skills, refer to a range of services and motivate and assist the young person find sustainable employment or re-enter education and provide post placement support.This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and is based at our Cannington site.You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice.
