Youth Job Coach

About The Role The Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing intensive person-centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (Tt W) participants.
The role will include undertaking direct employer marketing, providing individual support, and running facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants.
You will undertake detailed assessments, set goals, stabilise non-vocational issues, improve vocational skills, refer to a range of services, and motivate and assist the young person in finding sustainable employment or re-entering education, as well as provide post-placement support.
This position is being offered on a full-time, ongoing basis and is based at our Bunbury site.
You will also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee.
