About the Role As the Governance, Quality, and Performance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Meli's commitment to delivering safe and compliant housing services. You will:
Lead governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to the Victorian Housing Regulation and quality standards.Oversee policy implementation, reporting, and risk management frameworks to support housing services.Develop partnerships and deliver training to build capacity among teams working in housing and homelessness.Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring compliance and empowering teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.This is a vital leadership role offering the opportunity to influence the future of housing services within a values-driven organization.

A bachelor's degree in social science or a related field, or equivalent experience.Expertise in housing standards, tenancy laws, and regulatory compliance within the community services sector.Strong skills in interpreting legislation, policy development, and compliance systems.Experience in delivering training and working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.A commitment to child safety and creating inclusive environments for diverse communities.If you're ready to take the lead in governance, quality, and performance, we'd love to hear from you.
