The Youth Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Kununurra Youth Centre, overseeing PCYC's core diversionary program-safeSPACE, and working alongside young people and community to achieve positive outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving impact in a dynamic environment.You will be responsible for:Co-designing, delivering and evaluating innovative diversionary programs for Youth At RiskDeveloping collaborative partnerships within the community to provide activities and programs that align with the PCYC mission and best meet the needs of the local communityBuilding stakeholder relationships in the local communityProviding leadership, management, supervision and support to all staff, paid and unpaidEnsuring the successful performance of Centre operations, including daily operations, staff management, governance, financial management, facilities and complianceRepresenting PCYC within the local community and develop stakeholder relationshipsAbout you:Tertiary Qualifications in Youth Services, Community Development or related field. Extensive experience in these areas will also be consideredOperational experience, including delivering, monitoring and evaluating a range of programs, managing and leading staff, facilities, contractors/stakeholdersAbility to represent PCYC as an ambassador in KununurraA strong understanding of delivering services in regional locationsStrong networking and relationship building skills, ability to work closely with partners, colleagues and community stakeholdersAbility to develop the capacity of your team, and to make changeExperienced in financial management, business plans and budgetsA commitment to the safeguarding of children and young peopleAbility to obtain a valid Working with Children card and National Police ClearanceIf this sounds like your next role, apply now as applications close 23 April 2024:Be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance issued within a 6-month period.Update your resume and cover letterClick on ''Apply'' below!PCYC promotes a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation.
