The Youth Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Kununurra Youth Centre, overseeing PCYC's core diversionary program-safeSPACE, and working alongside young people and community to achieve positive outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving impact in a dynamic environment.You will be responsible for:Co-designing, delivering and evaluating innovative diversionary programs for Youth At RiskDeveloping collaborative partnerships within the community to provide activities and programs that align with the PCYC mission and best meet the needs of the local communityBuilding stakeholder relationships in the local communityProviding leadership, management, supervision and support to all staff, paid and unpaidEnsuring the successful performance of Centre operations, including daily operations, staff management, governance, financial management, facilities and complianceRepresenting PCYC within the local community and develop stakeholder relationshipsAbout you:Tertiary Qualifications in Youth Services, Community Development or related field.
