Your Financial Controller | Senior Financial Controller

About the Role As one of our team of Financial Controllers, you will be responsible for effectively managing the key financial areas of multiple clients' businesses by working closely with business owners and their teams. This will involve full responsibility over financial processes to ensure data integrity, as well as providing meaningful reporting and analysis to support the business strategy and decision-making process.
Creation and presentation of exceptional monthly financial reporting to drive improved business performance. Design and continued development for robust processes to support operational and financial needs. Responsibility for effective cash flow management to ensure the business can meet all obligations as they fall due. Providing insights on the financial health of the organisation through detailed and timely analysis and reporting, with an emphasis on a forward-looking approach. Ensuring all compliance obligations are met including BAS, taxes, and payroll liabilities. About You To successfully fulfil this role, you should display the following behaviours, skills, and values:
CPA, CA or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years' experience. Exceptional Management Accounting experience and skills. Excellent broad financial management experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A full understanding of financial operating systems and procedures. Strong influencing, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to mentor and guide finance staff and work effectively within teams. Strong aptitude for systems and process improvement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Unlimited Australian Working Rights. Solutions-driven with a can-do approach. Exceptional people skills to build long-term quality relationships with our clients.
