DESCRIPTION We are currently searching for an experienced hands-on foreperson to join our young team, located in Goulburn NSW.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with demonstrated leadership skills, ideally with previous experience or looking to take the next step in their career.
We also encourage non-thoroughbred disciplines (harness racing, showjumping etc.)
to apply.
Responsibilities: Management and coordination of Senior stable staff, including rostering; Assist with stable vets to manage the ongoing welfare of horses; Maintain horse records in line with the rules of racing; Assisting at jump-outs, barrier trials, race days, and representing the stable; Reporting to Trainer, Racing Manager & Transport; Requirements: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a Racing Stable and team; Experience and confidence in handling and educating horses; Race day experience representing a stable; Knowledge and understanding of the rules of racing; On-the-job training can be provided for suitable applicants with less experience.

Base salary starting at $73,150 + Superannuation.
