Management Experience: Demonstrated management experience, preferably within a community services environment. Sector Knowledge: Understanding of legislation and standards relevant to the disability sector. Person-Centered Approach: Knowledge and understanding of how to support staff in implementing contemporary and person-centered approaches to uphold the rights and support needs of individuals with disabilities. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to manage financial and staff resources within a complex environment. Initiative and Organization: Excellent initiative, self-directed work practices, and highly developed organizational skills.
