As a Sportsbet Operations Assistant Executive , you'll be an essential member of the Sportsbet Operations team, providing an unbeatable experience for our clients. You'll provide second-level support for Customer Experience Agents and help other departments with operational tasks.

Your daily tasks will be Maximizing customer experience by making sure navigation on the site is user-friendly and extremely fast; Reviewing and updating customer accounts, processing settlements and bonuses; Second-level support for Customer Experience Agents; Managing and monitoring different country regions; Helping other departments with operational tasks; Offer management activities; Managing Sportsbet-specific live incidents (where applicable). What we expect from you Good knowledge of sports; Proficiency in Excel and competent computer skills; Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail; Excellent level of verbal and written English; A team player mindset; Experience in the Crypto industry is a plus.
