We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day retail operations of our stores, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
As the Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, developing purchasing and marketing strategies, and leading a team of retail professionals. This position involves hands-on engagement with stock management, budgeting, and staff training to ensure smooth and compliant operations across our franchise locations.
Description of the Position
Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demands and align with company goals while ensuring efficient inventory turnover and cost control.Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each franchise location to maintain competitiveness and profitability.Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and local events such as tasting days and loyalty program launches, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.Sell frozen yogurt products and provide personalized recommendations to customers on flavors, toppings, and combinations, enhancing their experience and encouraging repeat visits.Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency.Undertake budgeting for the establishment, monitoring financisal performance and identifying areas for improvement.Control the selection, training, and supervision of staff, creating a motivated and high-performing team.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.Ensure that all frozen yogurt and toppings meet food safety and hygiene regulations, conducting regular staff training on best practices.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make adjustments to operations, product offerings, and service levels.Collaborate with franchise owner to align operational practices with strategic objectives and enhance overall business performance.Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.Demonstrated expertise in stock management, budgeting, and retail strategy implementation.Proficiency in staff recruitment, training, and development.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in a fast-paced retail environment.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
