About Camp ManyungCamp Manyung is a renowned coastal adventure camp situated on the scenic Mornington Peninsula, just an hour's drive from Melbourne. Established in the late 1920s, it holds the distinction of being one of Victoria's oldest campsites, with a long history of providing memorable experiences for various groups, including schools, community groups, and families. Recently, the facilities have been updated to cater to the needs of today's community, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
The camp's diverse range of programs and activities ensures that there is something suited to all abilities. From the thrill of snorkelling and kayaking to the adventure of archery and the flying fox, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

About the RoleAs Program Officer, you will deliver programs and activities to visiting schools and community groups, and liaise with teachers and group leaders to ensure learning outcomes are achieved in an engaging and safe manner. You will be responsible for:
Ensuring all camp programs are delivered effectively and safelyAssisting in preparing, implementing and evaluating a range of programs for different groupsMaintaining program equipmentUpholding the values of the Y Victoria at all timesThis is a Permanent Full Time role with an hourly rate of $29.41 + Super.
About YouYou are a motivated individual with experience in the delivery of outdoor recreation programs involving young people. You can demonstrate leadership qualities and possess strong interpersonal skills, which will allow you to build strong and positive relationships with a number of stakeholders.
