Responsibilities:
Provide expert desktop support for Windows servers and systems.
Troubleshoot and configure hardware and software issues.
Utilize your knowledge of network fundamentals to maintain system integrity.
Implement ITIL service management practices for incident, change, and problem response.
Qualifications:
Strong background in desktop support and Windows servers/systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and configurations.
Basic understanding of network fundamentals.
Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
Ability to obtain DV Clearance (existing SC clearance is acceptable).
Must be a UK National.
