Responsibilities: Work exclusively alongside a global defence & aerospace organisation in the south of England.Travelling to sites based on client requirements in Stevenage, Portsmouth & Newport.Provide 2nd & 3rd line cisco voice/UC support.Technical leadership of a team of 3 engineers.Skills/Must Have: Expertise in Cisco voice & UC technologies (CUCM, CUC, UCCX and VOIP).3rd line voice & UC support experience.Must be a British National and eligible for SC clearance.Nice to Have: Expertise with Cisco routers, switches and firewalls.Active SC clearance.Benefits: Annual performance reviews.12% pension.Comprehensive medical care.Generous holiday allowance with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days.Funded certifications & training.Salary: Up to £50,000 BaseLocation: Onsite in Stevenage, Portsmouth or Newport.Regular travel to other sites based on client requirements will be required.
