Key Responsibilities: Virtualized Server Management:Administer virtualized servers and maintain their operating systems. Monitor server performance and availability, addressing any related issues. Utilize virtualization technologies to efficiently manage servers. Technical Support:Provide technical support to fellow team members regarding server and related systems. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve server-related problems in a timely manner. Keep track of and document technical support issues and solutions. Server Software Maintenance:Install, configure, and maintain various server software to ensure optimal performance. Keep software up-to-date with the latest security patches and releases. System Upgrades and Enhancements:Plan and execute upgrades to server systems to enhance performance and security. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the overall server environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in server technologies and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and server management. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining server software.
