Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our operations and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance. Handling progress claims, scope of works, and variations efficiently. Collaborating with internal teams and clients or markets to negotiate and finalize contract terms. Maintaining accurate contract records and ensuring document control for assigned projects. Monitoring regulatory updates and supporting compliance efforts with the legal team. Supporting procurement and vendor management to secure favourable terms and ensure quality service delivery. Managing and mitigating risks by identifying potential issues and proposing contingency strategies. Enhancing workflow using digital tools and automation for contract lifecycle management. Conducting periodic audits and preparing reports to ensure accountability and transparency. Strengthening client relationships by tailoring contract solutions to meet specific market needs. Driving strategic insights through contract performance analytics and data-driven decision-making. What We're Looking For
You will have a relevant qualification in Business Administration or Law (at least Diploma). You will be fluent in both English and Mandarin. You will preferably have at least 1-year relevant work experience. You will possess strong organizational skills and experience in managing contract documentation and compliance processes. You will be proficient in using relevant software tools for contract management and document control. You will be proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow.
