This is a position for an experienced and inspiring leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our Year 7 students.The primary objectives of the role are to oversee the pastoral care, academic progress, and overall well-being of students in Years 7 and to work closely with staff, students and parents to foster a positive learning environment in which all students can thrive.You will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of Year 7 teachers to ensure consistent maintenance of the ethos and standards of the School, and to be the first point of contact with the parents of students in your year level.The successful candidate will be a dedicated, collaborative educator with exemplary teaching skills, and the ability to mentor a team of young, enthusiastic educators.
