MacKillop College now invites experienced educators seeking a leadership position where they can be an authentic and positive role model for students, staff, and families, and work proactively and collaboratively to develop, maintain, and encourage positive and professional relationships across the year level and College.
Working collaboratively as a member of the Student Wellbeing Team, this role will support and mentor students to meet their conduct and behavioural obligations while encouraging personal accountability. The Year Level Leader will be responsible for the timely provision of support to students, educators, and families, promoting collegiality and open dialogue.

The successful applicant will commence Term 1, 2025 as a permanent Teacher, with a position of leadership (POL 3 + 550 minutes of release time) allocated until January 2027.
