Year Level Leader (Years 9 and 10) | POL 3 Full-Time Commence Jan 2025Three-year leadership tenure with the potential to reapply (ongoing teaching role) Year Level Leaders (YLL) are responsible for the care and well-being of students at the year level, and the policies, programs, and activities that contribute to this. YLL build capacity in staff and foster collaboration and shared work, using data and feedback, research, and reflective practice. ABOUT YOU Tertiary education qualification and relevant experience Ideally, postgraduate qualifications in Student Well-being Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills A passion for supporting, inspiring, and developing students beyond the classroom Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or be working towards this) Aspiring or experienced leaders are encouraged to apply with a resume.
