KS1 Primary TeacherNextGen Teachers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a Primary school in Leeds who are looking for a KS1 Primary Teacher to start as soon as possible for a Maternity cover contract.KS1 Primary Teacher Roles and Responsibilities:Implement engaging and effective lessons for the children that are aligned with the UK National Curriculum.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, ensuring the safety of all students and differentiating the deliverance of the learning.Evaluate pupil progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey, both to the pupil, other staff and have good clear and concise communication with parents/carers.KS1 Primary Teacher Non-Negotiables:Must have recent and relevant teaching experience in EducationMust hold a PGCE and/or equivalent Teaching Qualification valid for teaching in the UK with QTSStrong subject knowledge of the UK Primary National Curriculum, particularly in KS1Must have a valid DBS or be prepared to apply for oneFull-time availability and able to provide 2 professional referencesWhy choose NextGen Teachers?NextGen Teachers is a specialist Education recruitment agency finding educators' teaching opportunities within local community schools to multi-academy trusts across West Yorkshire.
