sales steps - CLASS.Manage and coach the performance of direct reports to exceed sales budgets, KPI's and maintain consistent sales growth in line with state goals.Regularly analyse sales reports to guide commercial actions that improve sales and traffic performance across your portfolio.Support the execution of all VM guides at the direction of the VM Team in line with expectations to ensure strong commercial implementation.Perform weekly store visits in your portfolio to identify performance opportunities and support sales-driving actions.At yd.
