Your opportunity YARDMAN / LOGISTICS TRADE ASSISTANT Anticipated Gross Annual Earnings – $186,439.00*
As our valued Yardman, Operator or Logistics Trade Assistant, you will be vital to the success of our major mining construction projects at either the Tanami Mine in the Northern Territory or the Carrapateena Mine in South Australia.
Working a 2:1 FIFO roster with flights from most major cities, you'll enjoy a better work-life balance. You'll also be surrounded by a down-to-earth team of reliable, friendly, hard-working people - it's not all hugs and roses, but we take your physical and mental health seriously.
You'll make an impact by: Using your sound planning and organisational skills to get the job done Using your experience and knowledge to do the best work you can do Taking pride in the work you do and being an important member of a hard-working team. What you'll bring To succeed in these roles, you will have experience in:
a mining, construction and operations environment working with heavy equipment, using various hand tools and conducting general maintenance operating telehandler equipment and forklifts to safely lift, transport, and position materials the operation of EWP's 11m and above assisting, overseeing and coordinating safe crane operations You will also be a genuine All-rounder, that likes to jump in and help out where required.
Ideally, you will also have: A valid MR/HR Drivers' Licence A valid Forklift and Dogman HRWL Telehandling Ticket Working at Heights, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform tickets Construction Card A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and part of a team Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and undergo a pre-employment medical So, what can you expect from a career with us?
