About the Role
To support our growth-focused approach, we are currently seeking an experienced Yard & Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Lismore.
Duties & Responsibilities: Greet and serve "walk-in" customers and guests.Placing walk-in customer deliveries via handheld and uploading the order at the end of the day.Deal with customer product queries.Allocate cash & Eftpos payments.Scheduling driver runs daily.Report any hazards or problems immediately to your Supervisor at all times.Handle enquiries in a professional manner, ensure follow-through and finalize all enquiries.Be proactive in recognizing new business opportunities and actioning them accordingly.Liaison with Customer Service Manager/Supervisor on all unresolved and dissatisfied customer issues that need to be escalated if cannot be handled at the time.Benefits: A friendly and supportive team environment.Company reward and recognition program.Professional learning and development opportunities.Opportunities for career progression.Employee Assistance Program and Wellbeing initiatives.Skills & Experience: Must have a valid forklift license.MR license is preferred but not essential.Minimum 1 year experience as a Yard/Logistics Supervisor.Previous gas industry experience advantageous but not essential.Intermediate level of computer skills is essential.Proven leadership skills.Clear written and verbal communication skills.The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.Most importantly, at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
