Your Role As the Pedagogical Leader , you'll drive excellence in teaching and learning practices across Y Kinders.
Your leadership will empower educators to innovate, reflect, and deliver responsive curricula grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Through mentorship and collaboration, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every child's experience is safe, inclusive, and designed to meet their developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities Pedagogical Leadership: Guide the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality curricula that inspire children's growth and learning.
Mentorship & Development: Provide professional development opportunities and mentorship to educators, encouraging reflective practices and innovation.
Curriculum Design: Champion research-based teaching methods and tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of children and families.
Quality Assurance: Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards, including EYLF and NQF.
Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with families, staff, and external agencies to create a holistic support system for children.

Your Skills and Experience To succeed as a Pedagogical Leader, you'll need: Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in early childhood education.
Expertise in curriculum design and a strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and inclusive education principles.
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), plus VIT registration.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and support educators, families, and the community.
