We provide VR Telehealth physiotherapy, psychology, and occupational therapy to patients Australia-wide.About you:With a background in health care, medical reception, or NDIS, you are looking for an opportunity to learn new skills. You have an interest in health technology and a genuine desire to assist people.What you'll be doing:Managing phone enquiries, appointment bookings, and patient reschedulingEducating the patient about XRHealth products and servicesDocumentation and administration tasksInvoicing and accounts paymentsUpdating software on our VR headsetsAssisting with VR headset logistics/refurbishingBasic headset troubleshooting/technical supportWorking in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environmentMaintaining up-to-date CRM (Hubspot and Cliniko)What you need to succeed:Strong communication skills and commercial acumenExcellent relationship-building skills, including with team membersProficiency in office computer operations and CRM systems (Office 365, Hub Spot, and Cliniko)An aptitude for learningEfficient time management skills
