Xero - Cloud Accountant (Bookkeeper)

We are a progressive CPA Accounting Firm located in Bayside, Richmond and Mornington. We are an environmentally focused BCorp organisation. We work in open floor plan offices, and we are big on technology. Importantly, we place a lot of value on our employees and our workplace culture. Working at different locations is available to all staff, as is working from home. We are the current Xero Australia Accounting Partner of the year, and we are known in the marketplace for promoting brilliant working culture and changing the accounting environment, focusing on advisory services.
We are currently after an efficient self-motivator, to join our growing professional team, ideally based in our Hampton (however you are welcome to work from any of our spaces and at home - we offer a very flexible work environment). The position is full time, standard hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The Role:
Xero Cloud Accountant (Bookkeeper) working with a Portfolio of clients and with our team of Cloud Accountants, processing transactions in Xero and in Hubdoc, reconciliations, payables, payroll processing etc
The successful candidate:
- Xero Bookkeeping experience (ideally Xero certified)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Xero Bookkeeping
- Must have excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience dealing with clients and with a team
- Must be reliable, pro-active and hard-working 
Xero Business software experience a must, and Hubdoc and Dext experience preferred.
