The Role:
As a SAP Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients by leveraging your expertise in SAP solutions.
You will focus on understanding client requirements, mapping to Turium + SAP-based solutions, supporting delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Your work will bridge technical teams with business stakeholders, ensuring our solution meet strategic goals, efficiency gains and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business processes, challenges, and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing ongoing support for our solutions.
Business and Functional Analysis:Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather detailed business, integration, and process management requirements, documenting both As-Is and To-Be states.
Apply business process management (BPM) methodologies to streamline and optimise workflows during the analysis phase, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Perform gap analysis to compare current processes with desired functionalities, translating findings into SAP-specific requirements.
Develop detailed functional specifications, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and use cases for SAP solutions and integrations.
SAP Solution Delivery and Project Management:Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver tailored SAP solutions that address client pain points.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring progress and managing risks.
Support clients during SAP implementation phases, including data migration, configuration, and user training.
Post-Implementation Support:Provide ongoing client support to ensure the optimal use of SAP solutions and integrated systems.
Troubleshoot issues, recommend enhancements, and coordinate with technical teams to implement updates.
Sales Support:Partner with business development team to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations showcasing SAP capabilities.
Collaborate with clients to define business cases and ROI for SAP implementations.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay up-to-date with SAP technologies, modules, and industry trends.
Identify and recommend process improvements or additional solutions to enhance client outcomes.
Selection Criteria:
A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Willingness to relocate to Canberra, ACT.
2+ years experience with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, S/4HANA, SAP BTP) in business analysis, implementation, or support roles.
Strong understanding of SAP solution delivery, configuration, and integration processes.
Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Demonstrated ability to document functional and technical requirements and translate business needs into SAP and integration solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in sales support or business development for SAP solutions is highly regarded.
Australian citizens preferred.
