About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of our AI-powered financial planning and analytics software applications. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company and contribute to groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of financial technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the developing AI application for financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Collaborate with the AI development team to ensure alignment with AASB and PGPA standards. AI Software Development Support: Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to understand financial requirements. Provide financial insights and expertise to guide the development of AI algorithms and models. Participate in the testing and validation of AI software applications to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Client Engagement: Assist in client consultations to understand their financial planning and analytics needs. Support the delivery and implementation of AI-powered solutions for clients. Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software applications. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and financial technology. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our software solutions. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA qualification or in the process of obtaining CA or CPA qualification. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts (preferred but not required). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Australian Citizenship is a requirement. What We Offer:
