You will be part of a major banking organisation seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join the team, focusing on a Regulatory Project. This role is pivotal in supporting the Delivery Chapter in delivering various programs (Bank business, regulatory and tech).
Your new role As part of delivery leadership, within the chapter, you will drive agile delivery activities, quarterly planning sessions, stakeholder management, risk and financial management of the project.8+ years of experience as an agile delivery lead / scrum master with exposure to project management in a big organisation in the Financial Crime Compliance space.Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end to end pieces of work.Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges.Strong presentation & stakeholder management skills.What you need to do now
