Techforce Personnel is working with a long standing client of ours in search of a data entry administrator to start asap.
An excellent opportunity for candidates based in the Staplyton area just 30 mins outside of Brisbane.
The role will include general administration and data entry duties to assist with an upcoming project.
Looking at an expected start date of Monday 20th January 2025, the candidate will be expected to assist with data entry to send to the procurement team and using systems such as Ariba to raise purchase orders.
The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday-Friday 1-2 days in the office and 2-3 days from home, paid at $37.00 Per Hour.
Daily duties will include:  Handle a range of administrative duties e.g filing, scanning, data entry, record keeping.
Filing/admin support  Answering of emails/phone calls assisting the team where necessary.
Raising purchase orders using Ariba system The ideal candidate will have a high level of administration skills and will arrive with previous experience of office administration.
The role will require someone with expectational attention to detail.
The following attributes are essential:  Strong level of professionalism  High understanding of MS office systems  Confidence in written and verbal communication.
